Alexis Harris, Maid of Honor
Since meeting on the marching field during our college years at Ole Miss to becoming best friends, Alexis and I have built an unbreakable bond rooted in sisterhood, love, and genuine friendship. She is more than my best friend; she is my sister, confidant, and one of the most special people in my life. Beyond her beautiful heart, Alexis is an amazing mother to a vibrant and beautiful little girl. Alexis’s love and dedication are truly admirable and having her stand beside me as my Maid of Honor makes this chapter even more meaningful. She is just as excited to witness our vows and the moment we say “I do” as I am to share it with her. I love Alexis dearly, and I couldn’t imagine this special day without her by my side!

Maya Lewis, God Sister
Some friendships are written in the stars, but Maya and I believe ours was written long before we ever took our first breaths. Our mothers were pregnant with us at the same time, and just eight days before I entered the world, Maya made her debut! She was my very first friend in this life, and truthfully, I have never known a life without her in it. Our bond is one of those rare, beautiful connections that time could never replace. Maya is more than my God sister; she is a piece of my story, my childhood, and my heart. From the very beginning of our lives to this unforgettable moment, God has allowed our stories to intertwine, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love you endlessly, Maya, and I am so grateful that my first friend will be right there as I begin forever with my forever love!

Simone Lewis, God Sister
From the very beginning, Simone has been the sparkle and pizazz that God knew my life needed. As my God sister and Maya’s baby sister, she is someone that I have had the joy of growing up alongside and sharing so many beautiful memories with. I always wanted a baby sister, and I am so grateful that God knew exactly what my heart needed when He blessed us with Simone! She has brought so much joy and laughter into my life, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating one of our life’s most beautiful milestones without her by my side! You’ll always be my girl; “Me and you, us never part, Makidada”!

Leigha Wilson, Matron of Honor
Leigha and I share a bond that began before we could even form our first memories! As my older cousin by just six days, she has been a part of my story from the very beginning. Our college memories, family ties, and sisterly love have made her someone truly special to me. Leigha is a brave, tenacious, and vibrant woman who brings so much fun and joy to the lives of those around her. She is also an amazing mother and wife, and I admire the love she pours into her family. Though I may have given her a six-day head start, she has always been someone I can count on to cheer me on through life. Leigha, I love you dearly, and I am so grateful to have you standing with me as I begin this next chapter of forever!

Alexandria Gamble
Alexandria and I first connected during our Ole Miss days through my Maid of Honor, Alexis, and I will forever be grateful that our friendship brought us together. What began as a mutual friendship has blossomed into a beautiful bond filled with laughter, love, and countless memories. With a heart as beautiful as her spirit and a sense of humor that leaves me laughing until I have abs, Alexandria is truly one of a kind. The fact that her first name is my middle name makes our connection even more special! Her heart for serving others, and the world of social work is undoubtedly better because of her compassion and dedication. Alexandria, I love you dearly and feel so blessed to have you by my side as I begin this beautiful new chapter. I cannot wait to make more unforgettable memories together!

Alonda Cooper
Alonda is my future sister-in-law, but she is so much more than that to me already! As the baby sister of the man I love, she holds a special place in my heart, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to welcome her into this beautiful new chapter of our lives together. Her excitement, warmth, and genuine love for family make celebrating this season with her even more special. She is also an amazing mother, and I admire the love and care she pours into her family. One of the things I cherish most is knowing that our families are coming together to create even more beautiful memories. Alonda, I love you dearly, and I want you to always know that you and your little one have a special place in my heart. I truly couldn’t say “I do” without you!

Latrice Lawson
A relationship that began as coworkers at Agora Eversole Marketing Agency has blossomed into a friendship I truly cherish. Over the years, Latrice and I have shared prayers, laughter, our love for Jesus, and plenty of laughs over her cat obsession (and her ongoing mission to convert me from a dog lover to a cat person, HA!). Even when life keeps us busy, I am grateful for the genuine connection that we share and the kindness she brings into my life. As her sister in Christ, I knew very early that I wanted her to be part of this special chapter. Latrice, I will always be supportive of you in any way I can, and I am so thankful to have you by my side as I say “I do”. Thank you for always being there for me!

Amara Knott
Amara and I first crossed paths while taking the LSAT on Jackson State University’s campus, completely unaware that that simple meeting would grow into such a meaningful friendship. Years later, we reconnected and discovered that she already knew my God sister, Maya, making our connection even more special! Amara is someone I genuinely look up to, not only for her wisdom but also for the way she shows up as an amazing counselor and friend. I am grateful for the guidance, friendship, and perspective she brings into my life. As I prepare to marry the love of my life, having Amara stand beside me means so much. I cannot wait to celebrate this beautiful new chapter with her, especially when it’s time to hit the reception dance floor! Amara, I love you, and I am so thankful our paths crossed.
